It's been one month since the Games Jobs Direct Team shifted to working from home! We've caught up with Jamie, Abbie & David to find out how lockdown is treating them - and what is the one thing they couldn't do without while at home.
The video games industry, in general, seems to have been able to pivot to a flexible working from home model relatively easily compared to other sectors. Although work may be able to continue a normal for some, what about their hiring practices? We asked some of the studios we worked with how they're coping with this massive change in the way the industry is working.
