Your mission
We are Vertigo Games, developers and publishers of big hit VR titles like Arizona Sunshine, The 7th Guest and the highly anticipated Metro Awakening. Our Amsterdam studio is gearing up to start development for a big IP project and we are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team.
The ideal candidate has first-hand experience in a wide range of HR topics that occur in an international and fast paced company. If you are a people's person with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail, then we should meet!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support HR operations like payroll, contract & absence management, policies & guidelines, workforce planning, leadership programs and advising studio managers.
- Provide guidance to our HR Officer as well as advising and coaching our teams and employees.
- Pragmatic and efficient implementation of HR policies in line with the company needs and culture.
- Closely collaborate with other departments such as recruitment, finance, team & studio management and others that require your HR expertise.
- Advising senior management on data driven HR initiatives that you will implement and develop.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to ensure a great workplace for our employees.
- Report to senior management and the parent companies (Plaion and the Embracer Group).
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in labor law and regulations including updating and proposing new policies.
Your profile - At least 3 years of experience in relevant HR roles within an international dynamic organization.
- Degree in human resources, business administration or similar qualification.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Experience with hiring internationally, IND and 30% ruling.
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch & English on a proficient level.
- You have excellent communication skills and high ethical standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
- You are available to work for 32-40 hours per week.
