Job Description
The goal of successful candidate will be to proactively increase efficiency and reduce resource limitations for in-house projects through strategic co-dev partnerships.
- having ownership of co-development initiatives across the company, consolidate processes around them, manage partnerships and report results to stakeholders on executive level,
- driving the studio's capacity planning and optimization across our portfolio of in-development projects,
- advising on capacity planning issues and challenges faced by the development teams, as needed,
- serving as a partner across the ecosystem of co-development and outsourcing vendors within and outside of Portfolios/Affiliates, helping to coordinate resources across the business.
Qualifications- 10+ years of professional experience in the video games industry, preferably on a global basis and with a focus on PC/Console games
- proven track record working on co-development and outsource management, ideally for a large video games company,
- experience assessing and optimising capacity planning across multiple game production lines, and driving coordination across outsourcing or co-development vendors globally,
- experience in project management and managing budgets for large scale projects,
- ability to build relationship with partners and address challenging situation in terms of project schedule and scope,
- experience in cooperation with support functions when initiating and leading co-development initiatives (legal, security, procurement, compliance, IT),
- experience in writing good quality procurement related documents like statement of work, request for proposal etc.,
- strong organisational skills, initiative, and a collaborative approach,
- great interpersonal skills, and can navigate cross-cultural work environments,
- very good command of English,
- knowledge of game industry market in terms of co-development partners is a big plus.
