As the Associate Producer, y ou will be a key member of the development team. You will be empowered to solve problems and seek to improve processes. This is the chance to have a key role and ownership on our projects. You will have a strong understanding of agile development principles and practices and you'll help to steer our exciting projects and be a main driver for innovative feature development.

As part of the role, you will assist the Production team in the running of live projects, responsibilities include: working with multidisciplinary teams to develop features on time and within budget, the coordination of daily stand-ups and ownership of sprint planning meetings, as well as helping to identify development impediments and finding solutions in a creative and cohesive manner.
Other responsibilities include:
• Resource balancing
• Identifying new tasks for current or future sprints
• Clarifying and expanding task descriptions
• Tracking development over time and reporting to Production
• Identifying and mitigating development risks
