Skillsearch seeks a skilled and collaborative Senior Rendering Engineer to join our client's inclusive and talented team. This full-time engineering remote role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Senior Rendering Engineer, you will work in Unreal Engine 5 to push the boundaries of visual quality. You will collaborate with engineers and artists across the company to ensure consistent performance and quality of our products.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Rendering Engineer role, you can expect to:

  • Maintain and optimise existing rendering systems 

  • Design and develop new rendering solutions for large-scale problems 

  • Debug and bugfix 

  • Work closely with art departments and art directors to provide effective solutions 

  • Meet deadlines and produce high-quality code 

To apply for this Senior Rendering Programmer role, you will need 5+ years of industry experience. You will also require the following:

  • Good C++ knowledge 

  • Real-time computer graphics knowledge 

  • Experience with one or more low-level graphics API (DirectX11, DirectX12, OpenGL, Vulkan, console, etc) 

  • Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine, preferably a shipped title with UE technology 

  • Knowledge of other game engines
