As a Senior Producer, you will manage multiple projects using AGILE methodology. Staff are working across diverse projects.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Assist company directors in ensuring projects maximise efficiency and resource 

  • Liaise with clients, organise meetings, run SCRUMs and assist with the post-release management of projects already completed 

  • Perform a large-scale audit of the work going on across all projects, revising schedules and then running these projects using AGILE going forward 

  • Reduce organisational overhead that is currently taking up time that could be spent directly contributing to the projects.

  • 10+ years of experience with an AAA dev background 

  • Experience helping people to stay on track and reducing organisational overheads.
