Are you an experienced, proficient, and passionate C++ tech programmer with applied knowledge of engines, content pipelines, tools, graphics, animation, physics, AI, or a mixture thereof? Then our client's remote team is for you! Join us to work on the biggest and best AAA PC and console games in a stable, friendly, and supportive environment with an industry-leading benefits package and a salary of up to £50,000.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Develop software solutions in close collaboration with studio and client engineering teams to facilitate the efficient creation of high-quality games whilst proactively sharing regular updates on progress, plans and impediments 

  • Take ownership of work and the team's contributions, providing technical inspiration/leadership/direction, supporting team development and nurturing client relationships. 

To apply for this role, you need to be a passionate and pragmatic tech-biased C++ programmer with good maths and problem-solving skills, a commitment to learning, and an aptitude for communication and collaboration. You'll also need:

  • A proven track record in game development (or a comparable field) with either relevant specialist knowledge or broad experience in contemporary tech development and platforms 

  • To be highly organised and demonstrate relevant prior experience or potential
