Do you have business development experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Jakarta, Indonesia? Skillsearch is helping a games studio recruit a Senior Business Development Manager, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

In this Senior Business Development role, you will build sales proposals, including sponsorship plans, prospect lists and unique pitch components, strategies and draft activation plans.

In your first few weeks in this Account Executive role, you can expect to:

  • Produce all prospecting documents, including presentations, proposals and agency templates for distribution 

  • Generate project quotation 

  • Engage in direct pitching and collaborate with the internal team to create a proposal deck 

  • Search or create new opportunities to expand sources of revenue. 

To apply for this role, you will need a passion for the gaming and esports industry and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field. You will also require the following:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a salesperson/business development manager/account executive 

  • Sales experience in the esports and sports industry, sponsorship, agency and event handling 

  • In addition, you should have a proven sales record, involving client acquisition and maintaining client relationships.
