As a Senior Build Engineer at this studio based in North America, you will have the chance to work fully remotely (within North America) as you work on building the next blockbuster game for a huge, worldwide game community. If you like the sound of working to engage players alongside a talented and dedicated team, this role is calling your name!

This AAA studio is a leading global platform for game development and publishing, as well as operating one of the largest online game communities in China. Currently home to over 140 games, they offer some thrilling cross-platform interactive experiences, and with more new titles up their sleeve, it’s a great time to join the team!

Senior Build Engineer responsibilities:

  • Define the architecture of build infrastructure 

  • Create tools which allow developers to interact with the build system 

  • Manage the build/CI deployments in AWS 

  • Write clear, maintainable and portable code 

  • Give and receive feedback 

  • Share ideas and techniques with others in the team 

Key requirements for this remote role:

  • Experience with creating and architecting build systems 

  • Experience working with Jenkins, TeamCity or similar build/CI solutions 

  • Experience with AWS 

  • Skilled in C, C++ or C# 

  • Strong debugging and optimising skills 

  • Be based in North America
