Our client, an ambitious game development studio is looking for a talented 3D Artist. This full-time, permanent remote role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

As a 3D Artist, you will create 3D models of hard surfaces, organic shapes, environments, or other elements required for the project. This involves using software like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush to sculpt and shape the models.

In your first few weeks in this 3D Artist role, you can expect to:

  • Create 3D models of hard surfaces, organic shapes, environments, or other elements required for the project 

  • Apply textures to models to give them realistic surfaces and details 

  • Create or source texture maps for different properties such as colour, roughness, metallicness, and normal maps to add surface detail 

To apply for this Senior 3D Artist role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • To have shipped 1+ AA/AAA games on Console or PC in the last three years 

  • Proficiency in modelling, texturing, and optimising assets within a next-gen pipeline 

  • Mastery of software tools such as Maya, Max, Substance, Zbrush, Photoshop, and their equivalents 

  • Prior experience contributing to large-scale, 3D titles for PC or console platforms
