As a Production Developer, you will be a dedicated game maker, executing game roadmaps and goals. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team where you will create and improve structure and processes.

In your first week in this Production Developer role, you can expect to:

  • Execute product roadmaps and goals for multiple teams 

  • Ensure communication and coordination of work internally and with external partners 

  • Facilitate day-to-day work and communications to ensure productivity 

  • Establish and improve ways of working 

  • Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders 

To apply for this Production Developer role, you will need experience as a Producer or Project Manager role in game development, managing projects throughout their life cycle from idea to release/live service. You will also require the following:

  • Experience in a busy environment and working in a cross-functional team environment, preferably from various settings 

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 

  • An organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated personality 

  • A pragmatic mindset and ability to motivate individuals and teams
