Our client is seeking a Product Director who will oversee the development, launch, and continuous improvement of their mobile video games. This full-time Product Director role is based in Riyadh and offers a favourable salary and benefits.

In your first few weeks in this Product Director role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for mobile video games aligned with the company's overall business objectives 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and marketers, to ensure that products are of the highest quality and meet player expectations 

  • Define and prioritize product features, user experience, and gameplay mechanics based on market trends, player feedback, and data analysis 

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards 

To apply for this Product Director role, you will need at least seven years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the mobile gaming industry. You will also require the following:

  • An understanding of the mobile game market, including trends, genres, and monetization models 

  • A track record of successfully launching and growing mobile games 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills 

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
