Do you have accounting experience, and are you seeking a new job in Quezon City, Philippines? Skillsearch is helping a games studio find a full-time Officer in Charge (OIC) Accounting and Finance, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

In this accounting role, you will be primarily responsible for consolidating and ensuring correctness of entries in the budgeted annual business plan, financial statements and monthly management reports. You will also ensure compliance with all tax-related laws, regulations and guidelines and implement management control procedures, particularly for inventory reconciliation.

In your first few weeks in this Accounting and Finance role, you can expect to:

  • Perform closing of books (A/R, A/P, PO, Inventory, GL) 

  • Consolidate monthly management reports 

  • Create templates for Financial Report Writer 

  • Prepare trial balance 

  • You will also be responsible for the final budgeted annual business plan. 

To apply for this Accounting and Finance role, you will need relevant experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Management Accounting and Risk Management and Control. You will also require the following:

  • Leadership and People Management experience 

  • The ability to make sound decisions within own area of authority, based on both quantitative and qualitative data 

  • Experience in Asset Management, Costing and Inventory Reconciliation.
