As a Lead Tools Engineer, you will enable content creators to deliver the most polished experience for their players. You will also work with IT teams to ensure a quality setup for all developers and pipelines.

In your first few weeks in this Lead Tools Engineer role, you can expect to:

  • Help maintain a culture of fast iteration and practical problem-solving 

  • Manage a team of engineers and own quality of team deliverables 

  • Act as Product Owner for shared service and tools vision and maintain product roadmap 

  • Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality. 

To apply for this Lead Tools Engineer role, you will need 5 years of experience as a software developer with a focus on tools and services. You will also require:

  • Fluency in Python and/or C#/C++ 

  • Experience building parallel or distributed algorithms 

  • Experience developing GUI applications for content creators 

  • Advanced knowledge of game content delivery pipelines and tools 

  • Good 3D math skills.
