As a Lead Graphics Engineer, you will help maintain a culture of fast iteration and practical problem-solving. You will also work with the VFX team to get the most out of the system and implement new solutions to enable them to push the bar higher.

To give you an idea of how this flexible Lead Graphics Engineer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Help maintain a culture of fast iteration and practical problem solving 
  • Own the rendering pipeline and tools 
  • Work with the VFX team to get the most out of the system and implement new solutions 
  • Evolve iteratively existing systems into state-of-the-art solutions 
  • Implement innovative solutions to feature requests. 

To apply for this Lead Graphics Engineer role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in video game development, Unreal engine experience is a plus. You will also require the following:

  • Good understanding of graphic technologies, experiences with physical simulation will be a plus, along with a thorough understanding of modern GPU architecture, such as PC / PS / XBOX 
  • Experience with DX12, Vulkan or other modern graphics or compute APIs 
  • Expertise with HLSL/GLSL or other equivalent Shader languages 
  • Proven ability to debug defects of reasonable complexity, including memory-related issues, multi-threading, and assembly level.
