As a Lead Engineer at this studio in El Segundo, you will be taking on a pivotal role in working to make the AAA project you’re assigned to the best it can possibly be through your wealth of experience, inspiring the team as you go along with your exceptional leadership skills.

Essential requirements for this role in El Segundo:

  • Extensive experience in a Game Programming role 

  • Have worked on one or more shipped title 

  • Strong understanding of 3D maths and spatial reasoning 

  • Experience leading a team of engineers 

  • Experience working on multiplayer games 

  • Experience working on a range of gameplay systems including AI, physics, networking, rendering, gameplay, UI and more 

  • Experience with multi-threaded programming, profiling and optimisation 

  • Understanding of algorithms and performance
