As an IT Support Analyst, you will work for a market-leading immersive media company specializing in innovative extended reality (XR) solutions for entertainment and enterprise.

In your first few weeks in this IT Support role, you can expect to:

  • Troubleshoot system and network problems 

  • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults 

  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs 

  • Work continuously on a task until completion 

  • Prioritise and manage open cases at one time 

To apply for this IT Support role, you must have German and English fluency. You will also require:

  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work 

  • Excellent listening and questioning skills 

  • The ability to interact confidently with clients to establish the problem and explain the solution
