Our client seeks a full-time HR Manager to coordinate and oversee their HR functions. The role will be located on-site in Quezon City and comes with an excellent salary and benefits.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing employee relations 

  • Administering company policies and overseeing recruitment and selection 

  • Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing payroll and compensation 

  • Implementing and monitoring the company's human resource policies and procedures 

To apply for this HR Manager role, you will need a bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also require the following:

  • Experience in HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll and compensation 

  • Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations 

  • Organisational and time-management skills 

  • The ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed 

  • Experience in the gaming or creative industry (be a plus)
