Do you have finance or ESG executive experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Munich? Skillsearch is helping a market-leading immersive media company find a full-time Finance and ESG Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Finance and ESG Manager, you will transition into a leading position at the interface between finance, business development, strategy and ESG. You will support and take medium-term responsibility for certain areas of business development, i.e. strategic corporate development and customer acquisition for the HGXR division and organisation and management of HGxR tender projects.

If you were already in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Investor reporting, business plan preparation and performance monitoring 

  • Support and medium-term responsibility for certain areas of business development, i.e., strategic corporate development and customer acquisition 

  • Organising and managing tender projects 

  • Establishing ESG reporting and integration into operational processes 

  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders. 

To succeed in this flexible role, you will need curiosity, commitment and a flexible mindset. You will also require the following:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management or similar positions 

  • Practical skills in finance and business case analysis and comfort working with financial and performance indicator models 

  • Academic background in business administration, engineering, sciences, IT or law 

  • Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in additional foreign languages.
