If you have experience as a game producer or game outsourcing manager and are looking for a new remote opportunity, Skillsearch wants to hear from you. We are helping a gaming company find a flexible, full-time Business Development Manager and the remote role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

In this BD Management role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of game outsourcing projects, encompassing 2D concept 3D modelling, texturing, rigging, keyframe, and motion capture animations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring project success, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the Company's gaming division.

If you were already in this Business Development Manager role, here are some areas you might have worked in this week:

  • Identify and pursue potential game outsourcing opportunities, leading to successful collaborations with various gaming companies 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales assistant, project manager, and production team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery 

  • Engage with game developers/clients to align project budgets and costs and ensure timely payment 

  • Represent the company at global gaming events, promoting our services, and networking with industry professionals 

To apply for this Business Development Manager role, you will need a proven track record of successfully developing business and driving growth in previous roles, preferably within the gaming or related industries. Experience as a game producer or game outsourcing manager would be an advantage. You will also require fluent communication skills in English and Japanese, and proficiency in Chinese would be a valuable asset.
