Our client is looking for an experienced Art Producer who is skilled in navigating internal art production and has experience with outsourcing. This is a full-time remote role that comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

As an Art Producer, you'll ensure the art team runs like a well-oiled machine, consistently delivering top-notch assets aligned with our ambitious visual standards. You will serve as a driving force in the ongoing growth of Predecessor by proactively assisting and unblocking the art team.

In your first few weeks in this Art Producer role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and maintain dependency-focused asset schedules to ensure the successful, on-time release of high-quality content 

  • Collaborate closely with our skilled art teams to efficiently guide characters and other assets from concept to launch 

  • Improve efficiency and proficiency of art pipeline to increase content flow capacity 

  • Oversee the development of our outsourced art assets, such as Skins and facilitate internal reviews that lead to valuable feedback for our partners

  • Good understanding of dependency-focussed pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking 

  • Experience improving art pipelines, including outsourcing pipelines 

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English 

  • A genuine passion for video games (MOBAs are a plus)
