AI Programmer in Amsterdam

We’re looking for a talented AI Programmer to take on a new challenge working on brand new IP at a rapidly growing studio... Sound interesting? Keep reading to find out more!

As an AI Programmer at this studio in Amsterdam, you will be working to bring the game world to life through AI, including building on the brand new Unreal Engine 5 to make the game the best it can possibly be.

This AAA studio is home to one of the bestselling games of all time and is made up of a tight team of talented individuals. 4 years after the release of their flagship title, which is one of the highest selling games of all time, they are now working on a brand new, highly anticipated project... As a part of the team here you will benefit from their highly sociable culture as well as a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.

AI Programmer key responsibilities:

  • Help the team develop AI systems in UE5 

  • Develop AI behaviours for agents 

  • Extend core AI systems to meet project requirements 

  • Optimise AI systems 

Essential requirements for this role in Amsterdam:

  • Significant experience in the games industry 

  • Experience working on AI 

  • Skilled in C++ 

  • Familiar with Unreal Engine and its AI systems 

  • Experience working on a multiplayer shooter game would be beneficial
