As an Account Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. You will also be responsible for developing account plans, setting goals, tracking progress, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Develop effective solutions in collaboration with the company's other business units 

  • Meet client requests and identify crucial opportunities for client growth 

  • Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with key clients 

  • Create account project briefs, including timelines, and communicate client demands to the creative, talent, and events team 

  • Resolve complaints and track all processes pertaining to the client's requests. 

To apply for this account management role, you will need relevant experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:

  • At least five years of experience in an account management position 

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field 

  • The ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle and provide clients with detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
