The VP of Regional Marketing is a global consumer marketing and audience growth leader. This person leads a team focused on building our top market and regional marketing plans with the goal of driving new player acquisition, growing daily active players, and brand awareness for the worldwide hit Monopoly GO, The VP of Regional Marketing will manage a team of Region Directors and collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Partnerships teams. This person has a track record of delivering on audience and revenue goals for a leading free to play game or entertainment service in multiple regions,; is a result driven business driver who champions the development and testing of local marketing, community activation, partnerships and media to expand Monopoly GO's loyal player base of tens of millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in defining and delivering on acquisition and audience goals for Monopoly GO in each region and top markets
  • Developing strategies to effectively invest our marketing and media budgets to drive profitable acquisition and top of funnel active player growth in top markets.
  • Creates localized strategies to build ongoing player reactivation and long-term engagement based on market penetration, cultures and market dynamics
  • Directly manage a team of Regional Directors and Managers
  • Partner with the Performance Media team on investment plans, ROI and audience growth for top markets
  • Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the Monopoly GO game team and studio to identify regional audience needs in the product roadmap
  • Develop regional and local relationships and partnerships with brands, platforms and talent in your top markets to promote Monopoly GO to our target audience
  • Work collaboratively with the Monopoly GO Brand, Performance, Creative, Partnerships, and PR teams

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Experience in mobile and digital entertainment audience growth strategies in a global or regional marketing role, with a proven track record of success in competitive markets
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Country Management focused on driving profitable growth and business results
  • Data and performance driven leader who can confidently work with Performance and media team on investments and KPIs
  • Demonstrable experience of team building and collaborative leadership in mid to large organizations with a matrixed organization
  • Experience in gaming or entertainment
