Scopely is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks game team in either our San Francisco or Los Angeles studio hub, or remotely within the US or Canada!

What You Will Do:
As Senior Managers of Data Analysts, you will lead the team responsible for the creation and management of data analytics tools and infrastructure supporting the analytic needs of TriPeaks, providing world class analytical insights and capabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Lead strategy development and provide guidance to teams while managing expectations on timing and scope of project work
- Foster a high-performance culture, leading analysts delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manage large library of analytics content for key internal customers including Product, Marketing and Finance
- Lead discussions with data analysts and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data analytics concepts can be applied to real-world business opportunities
- Mentor and coach both new and experienced data analytics colleagues in the development of their skills and complex business problem resolution
- Demonstrate creative ability to recommend visualizations of data that empower key business stakeholders to easily interpret complex information and quickly identify key insights
- Work in close partnership with business stakeholders to identify and support/lead key commercial initiatives
- Investigate and implement new analytics methods & tools to support the needs of the business
- Support/lead the identification, development, and tracking of KPI goals / targets to support business initiatives
What We're Looking For: - People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams
- BS or MS in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science, or other analytical discipline
- 4+ years of experience as a manager/leader of data analytics, applying statistical analysis to B2C consumer behaviors (mobile apps, advertising, market activities)
- Experience leading peers through end-to-end data analytics projects (e.g. from problem and requirements definition to code/model validation and reporting deployment) required
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and drive to complete projects
- Experience using SQL, including complex queries from multiple data sources
- Experience creating, operating and analyzing multiple simultaneous A/B tests
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including extensive use of chart and table tools
- Ability to understand and act on changing priorities, and execute multiple competing projects based on business case and expected impact
- Familiarity with data and BI presentation tools (Tableau, Excel, pivot tables)
Bonus Points! - 2+ years experience (video gaming, e-commerce, consumer entertainment, etc.)
- A passion for playing world class mobile, social and casual games a huge plus
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $160,000 - $200,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
