Scopely is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our Bingo Bash team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What We're Looking For
- Help manage the creative direction of a game throughout Its development and lifecycle
- Pitch innovative game features that are designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement and/or monetization, but overall must be fun
- Work with engineering and art teams to effectively implement new features and systems
- Manage game systems, economy and mechanics
- Modeling and tuning complex game systems using Excel
- Provide clear feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes and/or prototypes
- Analyze live data and player feedback to continually optimize existing game experience
- Assist in writing of game editorial content, including fiction, descriptions, and tutorials
- Remain current on industry trends including new game genres and designs
- Mentor and guide Junior game designers in their career paths
- Create new levels for existing and new features
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years game design experience for a shipped product
- Has worked with a live game that is at least 3-4 years old
- Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature designs
- Experience and interest with player-driven economies
- Understanding of game balance, including statistics, virtual goods, economics and user motivations
- Understanding of interaction design concepts and principles
- Able to excel in an agile team environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Experience writing product specifications
- A passion for playing and making video games
- Bachelor's degree required
