Scopely is looking for a Technical Producer to join our Yahtzee with Buddies team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working 2-3 days a week from our hub.

YAHTZEE is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Lead Producer, the Technical Producer will be instrumental in advancing the technical aspects of our games, ensuring the delivery of thoroughly tested, high-quality features for our web portal and tech track.
- Spearhead the achievement of technical milestones, prioritizing goals for the Web Portal and Tech Track teams in alignment with overall game objectives
- Refine and implement production processes and reporting standards to optimize communication between cross-functional teams and leadership
- Collaboratively plan and roll out multiple technical features with lead engineers, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Oversee the release process for our live game updates, guaranteeing timely and successful feature launches
- Navigate and integrate external compliance requirements into our roadmap, balancing them with ongoing project timelines
- Provide support for live operations, adapting strategies as needed for real-time game management
- Excel in communication, serving as a key liaison among team members, project leaders, and external partners to resolve dependencies and challenges
- Employ strategic problem-solving to address production obstacles, leveraging team strengths to achieve project goals
What We're Looking For
- A background in software development, with a preference for experience in game development, is ideal but not essential
- At least 2 years of game production experience, ideally within the Free to Play (Mobile) sector
- A dynamic approach to live game management, with the agility to make on-the-fly adjustments
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities
- Proven communication skills, characterized by assertiveness, empathy, and diplomacy
- A track record of self-motivation and initiative, driving projects forward without direct supervision
- Experience coordinating efforts across diverse game development teams
- Expertise in managing complex projects, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions
- Strong project and people management capabilities
- A deep-seated passion for crafting exceptional games that resonate with players worldwide
