Scopely is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO! game team.

What You Will Do
This is an opportunity to partner with technical, product and production leadership to help drive the initiatives of our Technical Foundation Team. You will:
- Collaborate with project leadership to drive initiatives focused on reliability, technical performance, developer productivity, and platform compliance
- Ensure visibility, consistency, and predictability in team operations, improving developer experiences and player enjoyment
- Align technical efforts with customer needs, product objectives, and business goals, crafting narratives around technical work and defining KPIs for impact measurement
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to extend existing technologies or develop new ones aimed at supporting the continued growth and success of MonopolyGO!
- Engage, and align across departments to deliver on individual engineering objectives and shared business goals
- Manage technical risks, ensure timely mitigation, and maintain communication across stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Production & Engineering leadership to define and prioritize the technical roadmap
- Implement effective processes and practices to maintain a positive work culture and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and prepare detailed reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic advice
What We're Looking For - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical management of game development teams at scale
- A champion of engineering culture and a strong driver of communication between domains and product
- Strong understanding of technical project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong experience with Unity and AWS backend
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $169,600 - $253,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
