We are seeking an Global Travel & Expenses Technician to joinScopely's Accounts team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You'll Do
The incumbent is accountable for all aspects of the Travel & Expenses and Credit Cards administration support, including the review and approval/rejection of expense reports, performance of audits to raise non-compliant reports, manage the travel invoice reconciliation and support the credit card admin.
This role will be part of the finance department, more specifically within the Procurement and T&E team.
Scope : Europe, US, APAC, India, Israel, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Canada - could increase/change while the company develops.
- Ensure T&E tasks are completed on time for all countries
- Manage Credit Card and Procurement Card admin and perform T&E reports approvals and audits (Concur)
- Manage the travel partners, support them when needed, negotiate specific hotel agreements
- Contact with both internal customers and suppliers through the appropriate corporate tools
- Review and validate some simple contracts (more complex one to be managed by legal team/Procurement Manager)
- Manage all sorts of T&E related administrative tasks
- Support the implementation of the department
- Document and update department's processes as well as support the training of internal customers
- Ensure compliance of T&E policies, standards and legal requirements
- Support the integration of new Scopely's affiliates into the Corporate tools
- Support in the development and implementation of any T&E related technology
- Ensure root cause identification on business complaints and implement mitigation actions
- Best-practice sharing and process convergence
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field is desired
- 2 years of proven experience in an office environment and knowledge in finance/supply chain, either through professional qualification or by experience
- Profici ent English, Spanish desired and any other language is nice to have
- Good working knowledge of productivities tool (MS Office/Google Suite) tools and Concur, Oracle desired
- Any T&E previous experience would be highly valued
- Be part of the Procurement department's creation
- Understanding the complexities of Scopely's processes
- Ensuring the Businesses remain compliant with Procurement and T&E policies and Standard practices
- Identifying possible maximization of process efficiencies
- Submit Continuously ideas to improve constantly the processes
- Prioritizing workload to ensure all key tasks are completed at all times
- Identifying possible maximization of process efficiencies and drive convergence across all countries
