Superpowers
you have are - Proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field;
- Proven experience 3+ years in a leadership role within the creative industry;
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and modern graphic design concepts;
- Artistic excellence and obsession with industry technologies, tools, and trends;
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of released art projects;
- Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken;
- Presentation skills and market awareness;
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines;
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative strategies to achieve organizational goals;
- Familiarity with 3D rendering pipelines.

if you have - Previous experience in the gaming industry or related fields;
- Familiarity with web design or experience in creating compelling visual solutions for digital platforms;
- Experience within game assets creation pipelines.
