Roblox is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Developer Engagement Team. You will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team, you will play a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. If you're passionate about the Roblox community and eager to contribute to the success of developers, we'd love to hear from you.
You will:
- Help resolve creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
- Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Dedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus on-call availability during the weekend
- Report into a Technical Support Manager
You have: - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated endless patience and a positive attitude.
- Effective time management skills
- In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio.
- At least 1+ years of experience developing on Roblox or other creation platforms.
