The Opportunity
As an Animator, you will create engaging gameplay animation content for our projects, maintain consistency within your work and ensure that it is in line with the project's technical constraints and artistic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Create consistent high-quality gameplay animations.
- Use your knowledge of the principles of animation to create Keyframe and Motion capture animations to meet project requirements.
- Prototype concept animations to quickly test in the Game engine and take feedback.
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of practices, production pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate well within the animation team and to address feedback.
- Good understanding of Game engine practices.
- Possess an understanding of the motion capture pipeline to be able to add, fix and polish motion capture data.
Requirements - Good understanding of 3d software such as Maya, Motion Builder or equivalent animation software.
- Good understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to push the realistic mocap data to bring in dynamic and stylised animation.
- Good ability to collaborate with technical animators in relation to rigging and skinning.
- Good understanding of production pipelines.
- You are a knowledgeable game dev animator with a passion for gameplay Animation
