Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
Create sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales profit through the implementation of sales activities
Identify and monitor the markets and to establish the most efficient promotion
Works closely with overseas sales team to implement quarterly to annual sales plan
Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a B2B sales leader position
Working experience in the company related to games for more than 7 years
Successful previous experience such as consistently meeting or exceeding target as a sales representative of sales manager
Excellent sales and customer service skills with negotiation skills.
Strong business sense and industry expertise (game industry experience would be preferred)
Excellent presentation ability, verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal and supervisory skills
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to communicate in English at a business level
