Purpose of Job

As a Post-Production Coordinator, you are responsible for the post service pipeline across multiple projects, ensuring the timely completion of agreed deliverables and milestones, to a very high standard.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure that all QA and editing is completed to the highest standards and to schedule.
  • Ensure project maintenance is kept up to date; archiving, FTP clear out, organized deliverables.
  • Aiding in tracking progress to show scheduled, in progress and completed work across all stages of post-production.
  • Liaise with clients and production about the best practices for their deliverables.
  • Liaise with senior staff about the best practices for the post-production pipeline.
  • Prepare studio sessions' assets such as audio and video reference files and dialogue scripts.
  • Ensuring that current workflows from one department to the next are as seamless as possible as well as responding to issues as they arise and problem solving as part of a team.
  • Develop Post services, processes, tools, and workflow as part of a trans-Atlantic team.
  • Report to senior staff regarding workflow issues.
  • Be on site as and when required depending on project requirements.

  • 2+ years' experience in a commercial audio post-production role.
  • Experienced user of Pro-Tools, Reaper, Audition and/or RX.
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • 100% comfortable with and enthused by audio / video / IT technology in general.
