Job Overview: As an Operations Manager at PTW Gaming Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and resources. Your expertise in operational processes and procedures will be essential in optimizing efficiency and productivity within the studio. Collaborating closely with HR, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Additionally, you will work alongside finance and budgeting teams to manage operational expenses and financial planning. Complying with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, will be integral to this role. As a problem-solver and a source of guidance, you will resolve operational issues and support team members in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, overseeing facilities, equipment, and resources to ensure a conducive work environment for the team.
- Implement and continuously improve operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity within the studio.
- Coordinate with HR to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, supporting the professional growth of team members.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to manage operational expenses and participate in financial planning for the studio.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
- Resolve operational issues and provide guidance to team members, promoting a positive and cohesive team culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance studio operations.
RequirementsQualifications - A passion for gaming and a strong interest in studio operations and management.
- Experience working as Operations Manager for games studios is a must.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of overseeing day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.
