THIS IS A ON-SITE (NON-REMOTE) POSITION FOR A PROJECT OF 9 MONTHS WITH CHANCES OF TURNING INTO A PERMANENT POSITION
PTW is the world leader provider in videogames services and is seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Localization Project Manager to work at our office in São Paulo (near the Vila Olímpia station). We look for candidates with full english proficiency and solid experience in management of localization and LQA projects.
- Definition and management of project schedule;
- File analysis using CAT Tool (memoQ);
- Oversee project operations to ensure successful completion.
- Allocate resources effectively for profitability.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Maintain positive relationship with customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for the designated project.
- Enforce company policies and discipline within teams.
- Regularly review work quality to meet standards.
- Take responsibility for project gross margin.
- Adhere to company security, confidentiality, health, safety, IT, and HR procedures.
- Uphold ethical behavior and business practices.
Requirements - Degree in Linguistics, Translation or other related. Project Management post-grad is a plus.
- Experience as Localization Project Manager in the translation industry, with video game-specific experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with CAT tools (memoQ, Trados, XTM).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team leadership capabilities.
