We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Director to join our team and contribute to our continued success. This is an on-site position but we required candidates to be based in Medford, Oregon with our C-Suites as this is a very important role in our company.
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process in collaboration with Finance team, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key members of the product team
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Leading Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
• Implementation of various automation tools with respect to financial planning and analysis
• Ensuring the monthly financial reporting calendar is adhered to without any delays
• Increasing productivity by developing automated applications for financial reporting and forecasting; eliminating duplicates; coordinating information requirements

• Functional Business Leaders, such as Chief Operating Officer and their direct reports
• CFO and VP, Finance
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business finance or analytics
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with management
• Experiences in the gaming industry and/or BPO business.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong background in analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau,
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Strong financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
