Founded by 9 industry leaders, this studio has been growing since 2016 and are working with some of the biggest names in the games industry. Our client is working on several new high-profile, unannounced projects with their partner clients as well as an original IP. 

As the studios Senior Monetisation Designer, you'll have a proven track record in monetisation design and a passion for creating engaging monetistation experiences, improving revenue growth.

Role Overview:

  • Driving the design and development of the economy and monetisation related features for the game.
  • Designing game monetisation systems that excite and re-engage palters in an open and friendly manner.
  • Setting design plans and the milestones for key monetisation and economy features.
  • Maintain a clear and consistent monetisation design vision for each game.

The right candidate for the role will have:

  • 5+ years industry experience in monetisation design roles.
  • Worked on at least 1 AAA title as a Monetisation Designer.
  • Experience of games as a service, including strategies to enhance consumer engagement and retention as well as monetisation.
