We're looking for a Employee Experience Specialist to create unique and awesome experiences for our company employees in Kyiv.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end
- Develop, create & maintain on-site employee services (i.e - facilities, transportation, etc.)
- Keep up with (global) events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc.
- Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve Moon Active as a top employer to potential candidates
Requirements - At least 2 years experience as an Employee Experience Specialist
- Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events
- Proven involvement in startups or the High-Tech industry
- High-level English (verbal and written)
- Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points
- A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure
