Job Description

The position of Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the internal and external brand development of Keywords' Australian studios. They will be working with Global Marketing Team and local leadership to create content that matches the studio's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including but not exclusive to, social media graphics, website design, studio stationery and merchandise, studio pitch decks and templates, and promotional artwork.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Wicked Workshop Studio in Box Hill, Victoria.

The Senior Graphic Designer must be able to work independently, think creatively and have a strong background in graphic and multimedia design.

Cost of any printing and manufacturing will be managed by Keywords Australia, with the Designer assisting in communications with the vendor to ensure the final product meets expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Senior Graphic Designer role can be broken down into the following core areas.

Corporate Branding

  • Spearheading branding initiatives for Keywords Australia Studios. This includes both the evolution of existing brands and comprehensive rebranding endeavors.
  • Take point in the development and management of KWA studio and / or project websites, covering - design, creation, updates, and maintenance.
  • Partnering with external creative agencies as needed, providing briefs, guidance and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Developing sophisticated studio and project pitch decks and templates to elevate the marketing of our services with professionalism and impact.
  • Developing branding, collaterals, and assets for external marketing and sales events like Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW) for KWA studio.
  • Generating diverse marketing collaterals for internal stakeholders, including job postings, social media campaigns, promotional videos, and paraphernalia.
  • Designing various concepts for corporate giveaways.
  • Ensuring alignment of all collaterals, both for online and print, including office design, with company branding standards.

Stakeholder Management

Proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders, the Australian leadership team and Global Marketing Team to ensure timely creation of necessary graphic materials.
  • Create touch point with stakeholders to identify their requirements.
  • Meet with Global Marketing team, as needed, to ensure that KWA studio is up to date with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Secure approval from Global Marketing team for all graphic contents specifically for external use.


Qualifications

DEMONSTRATED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Graphic Designer must have previous work-related experience and must possess the following skills:
  • More than 6 years' experience in graphic / multimedia design
  • Experience with brand development.
  • Experience with designing for online materials and printed materials.
  • Strong communication skills
  • High Level of time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work quickly and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding.

This position is only available to Australian Citizens or Residents with relevant visa residing in Australia.
