Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Quality Assistance and a proven ability to implement advanced testing strategies within an Agile framework. This role requires a commitment to driving quality improvements and the ability to adapt quickly to new testing tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish test scopes for typical testing challenges.
- Independently perform exploratory testing, identifying potential risks and edge cases.
- Design detailed test suites and acceptance criteria for each game release.
- Use quality metrics to assess and enhance our working methods.
- Collaborate with other QAs to implement new QA strategies and processes.
- Perform risk analyses during initial development phases to identify and mitigate potential issues early on.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead team meetings to provide clear guidance and support to non-QA team members.
- Drive a Quality Assistance mindset within the team, advocating for best practices to enhance processes.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in QA processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in communicating with various stakeholders and leading meetings.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
