Game Economy & LiveOps Manager
Remote from anywhere - Salary upto $160k
Overseeing the live operations and management of in-game economies across the studio's portfolio of games.
You'll need to have a deep understanding of free-to-play game monetization, player behavior, and data analytics to ensure that the live games are balanced, engaging, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Strategy: You'll create and manage a live ops and monetization strategy to achieve audience and business goals.
Daily Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of daily strategies, including event schedules and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
Feature Roadmap Leadership: Lead the roadmap for new features and tools, collaborating with stakeholders during development.
Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with analysts to analyze game performance data, identifying opportunities for engagement and monetization.
Expertise in Free-to-Play Live Ops: Provide expertise in free-to-play live operations, feature design, and monetization practices.
Experience:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product or Data with at least 2 years focused on running live games or LiveOps.
Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (such as SQL, R, and Python) is essential.
Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are crucial.
Passion for Gaming: Being passionate about gaming is a must!
