My client is a global games brand that has a huge monthly player base. They are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to collaborate across departments as well as help them develop their data platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ad-hoc business analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and business driver drill-downs, to support decision-making processes
- Prepare reports and weekly updates for management and other group stakeholders
- Utilize programming skills to develop and maintain data models, tools, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process automation and develop customized solutions to improve data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across data systems and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Collaborate with subject experts from various business units like User Acquisition, Ad Monetization or Product to expand the data architecture to enable new reports and analysis
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance teams, department heads, executives, and IT professionals, to gather requirements, address challenges, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements, enhance data flows to optimize (financial) performance
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or other relevant languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present relevant information to different stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Swedish is a plus
