WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our friendly and passionate team. Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will work with the wider HR and Talent team to deliver the Frontier People Strategy as well as providing generalist HR support to people managers and colleagues across the company.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Working closely with our managers, ensuring timely and consistent advice and coaching to build capability, develop rising stars and support talent retention
    • Providing advice, guidance, and support to managers on performance & capability reviews, absence management, resolution of grievances and disciplinary issues etc.
    • Reporting on and analysing a range of HR data/metrics to identify trends/issues and recommend appropriate actions
    • Contributing to and leading a range of HR projects across the full employee life cycle, such as succession planning, benefits & reward, L&D, annual staff survey, change management etc.
    • Managing stakeholders & partnerships internally across HR and other departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of project goals
    • Working closely with the HR Business Partners to evolve people processes and structures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Writing and presenting briefings on a range of HR related topics, projects, and initiatives
    • Act as the first point of escalation for HR Assistants with queries, and general point of HR expertise to your wider teams/departments
    • Ensure all HR policies are in line with employment law, writing and developing policies where required, and providing advice and guidance to managers
    • Maintaining the integrity of our employee data in our HRIS.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING
    • Preferably CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards qualification
    • Demonstrable experience in an operational HR role preferably within a technical or creative industry
    • An understanding of UK employment law
    • Analytical with the ability to identify trends and take action accordingly
    • Ability to prioritise issues and to foresee and manage potential conflicts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Pro-active with a continuous improvement approach.
