The objective of the team is to build scalable and cost-efficient solutions in creating a dynamic and profitable player journey. You will work closely with all parts of the commercial team, the game teams as well as the data teams. You will report to the Head of Commercial Tech.

As an integral part of a creative and autonomous team, you will help create and improve the high-quality and polished experiences we want to provide to our players. Some of the technologies we use are Go, protobuf, Python and OpenAPI for backend, and React, TypeScript and NextJS for frontend.

Example of responsibilities

  • Build internal tools and automated solutions
  • Personalized store recommendations
  • Cost-efficient and scalable user acquisition
  • Reporting and large-scale A/B testing
  • Enabling balancing of our games by serving insights back to the game teams using the gameplay data we collect
  • Continuously improve our engineering practices and automate existing workflows to make sure our services are easy to deploy, scale and maintain.
  • Collaborate and work closely with multiple teams to deliver products for a smooth player experience.

We would love if you have
  • Solid experience with the technologies we use such as Go, Python, React and the GCP stack
  • Experience building frontends and backends, mainly internal data-driven tools
  • Experience deploying and maintaining services on a cloud infrastructure
  • Background working with analytics and data-driven tooling
  • An analytical mindset, self-drive and a can-do attitude to drive projects from idea to product
  • Background in the gaming industry or other consumer-facing products
  • A passion for games, interactive experiences and new technologies
