We are looking for a Game Designer to extend the team for the crucial project. You will work with the AI developers on AI bots (enemy bots, not NPCs).
The game is a session multiplayer extraction shooter, a 4x4km map with a lot of vertical elements and underground. Your team of four players will fight for resources in the center with three other teams. Some of the teams can be fully composed of bots, for which we need a Game Designer to help implement.
Expectations are clear:
- Strong design skills and understanding of player experience;
- Proven experience building AI in previous AAA projects (shooters, or even better - AI for shooter games);
- In-depth knowledge of Behavior Trees, State Machines, and other AI models;
- Good grasp of FPS design principles;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Iterative approach to design and a willingness to accept feedback.
You're a rockstar if you have: - Unreal Engine editor experience;
- Shooter games experience;
- AI for shooter games experience;
- AI programming background is a plus.
