The Senior Financial Controller is responsible for supervising the budget and analyzing costs and closings.
- Support activities within a month-end closing process and ensure timely delivery
- Perform regular and ad-hoc business and financial analyses
- Support the preparation of management presentations
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management and Group reporting for senior executives and board
- Preparation and filing of all tax returns worldwide
- Developing and implementing an appropriate control structure
- Supporting other initiatives as needed.
- University degree in the fields of Business Administration or comparable qualification
- 5+ years’ work experience in the field of controlling or accounting
- Expert knowledge about accounting matters
- Good grasp of numbers and strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of software, in particular MS Office, knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM/HCM would be an advantage.
- Precise, quick and proactive working methods when under pressure
- Dedicated team player with great interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills throughout all hierarchy levels and through all channels
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
