Job description

We're working with a AAA studio located in Istanbul, Turkey who are on the lookout for a Senior Producer to work on the development of their new mission based, tactical stealth action title.

As Senior Producer you'll take on responsibility for either the development activity of the Missions Team or the AI and Animation Team, dependent on your preference, experience, skills and strengths. You'll steer your team through project milestones, using your experience of producing AA or AAA titles, making sure the project adheres to the development schedule and game vision.

The studio has built a development team centred around the shared values of positivity and collaboration, creating a friendly and welcoming working culture where their dev team work together with the shared common goal of crafting a game that will be hailed as the new benchmark in tactical stealth action titles.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Decide, plan, and deliver milestones in line with the project vision
  • Make sure the project hits quality benchmarks
  • Create, update, and track goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Gain approvals at studio and publisher green light meetings
  • Track and manage issues and risks and provide mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with People Managers, ensuring the wellbeing of developers and tailor the project's execution accordingly

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...
  • Experience as a Senior Producer on one or more shipped AA or AAA titles
  • Strong understanding of the game production process and happy working with both technical and creative developers
  • A positive mindset with a collaborative approach to your work
  • Comfortable identifying and challenging issues that threaten project delivery
  • Experienced with the use of Agile methodologies, data/file management, repositories and relevant project management software such as Jira
