Technical Director in London

We’re looking for a Technical Director to join a studio in London that is working on revolutionising the way children learn and expand their vocabulary. As a Technical Director working within this studio, you will be responsible for the architecture of the game and alleviating any technical issues that may arise within the development or after the release of the app.

Technical Director responsibilities:

Hold responsibility for the games technology and architecture

Collaborate with other team leaders to evaluate needs and create solutions

Lead reviews to identify and alleviate problems

Support teams when technical issues arise

Communicate plans across all departments and teams

Mentor engineering team through the project

Essential requirements for this role in London:

Highly experienced in the games industry

Knowledge and experience of Unity3D

Understanding of debugging and performance optimisation

Great communication skills

Experience of agile working

Extensive knowledge of 1+ Object-Oriented code language
