As a Project Manager you are joining our Marketing Team as an expert in guiding and inspiring your peers. You will take ownership of the full project life cycle and ensure a smooth and successful delivery whilst managing budgets and timelines.

What will you be doing?

Guiding the team on project management best practises and how to get things done efficiently. Coach the team on how to get the most out of self organisation.

Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on productive problem solving. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Manage overall asset and database flow and maintenance: This includes organisation of all digital assets and content on asset management software.

Act as a point-of-contact to manage, receive and distribute creative content for internal and external stakeholders to manage projects efficiently through the creative asset workflow.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders about the current status of all projects in progress, proactively advising on and problem solving for any identified trouble spots, schedule changes or delays that may impact expected business results.

Initiate detailed project plans and scheduling; managing monthly planning meetings, creative reviews and retros, including issuing agendas, room preparation, meeting minutes and action follow-up.

Initiate scheduling and managing weekly creative status meetings including updating calendars, updating stakeholders on status to ensure deadlines and priorities are fulfilled.

Seamlessly work cross-functionally with all departments and external partners to effectively manage creative requests and facilitate impactful work that achieves company goals.

About you

A project management expert: You managed varying degrees of complex experience in a post-production, agency or production environment, including working with creatives such as writers and graphic designers.

An experienced Scrum evangelist: Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in a creative team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Capable of tuning proven Agile processes to a unique and diverse team.

A strong communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills and ability to interface diplomatically across multiple disciplines and on all levels of employees and management.

Organising skills: Must have strong organisational, project management, and planning skills with the ability to work under urgent, tight deadlines with frequent interruptions. Effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.

Production pipeline: Able to re-define and improve workflow/pipeline in order to achieve the most optimal way for the team and project.

Quality: Successful track record of driving & managing entire projects from ideation to final stage in order to deliver high quality assets on schedule. Analytical and data-driven decision making.

Team player: Ability to engage cross-functional teams. Foster positive and trustful relationships while liaising between different stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

Games Industry experience: Previous experience working within the gaming industry (free to play and mobile) would be hugely beneficial.
